USE

Retention, locations, recipients and methods

Retention: General business-enquiry records are ordinarily retained for 24 months from the last substantive business communication with us concerning the enquiry. A substantive communication means meaningful correspondence about the enquiry; routine automated notices, bulk marketing emails, email opens and link clicks do not, by themselves, restart this period. On expiry, we will delete or de-identify the records unless further retention is necessary for an established client relationship, contractual performance, legal obligations, dispute resolution or lawful claims. Any such additional retention will be limited to the necessary scope and period, after which the records will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Newsletter subscription data is processed until you unsubscribe or the lawful purpose ends; minimal suppression records may be retained to honour opt-outs.

Locations: Taiwan and locations used by necessary cloud, communication or other contracted service providers.

Recipients: Authorized staff, necessary contracted processors and recipients required by law.

Methods: Electronic or other necessary handling, storage, correspondence and administration, with access limited by role and purpose.

General business enquiries submitted on this website are received and stored through Netlify Forms. Where configured, notifications may be delivered to our designated contact email. Zoho Campaigns may be used separately for subscription forms and marketing email management where appropriate consent has been obtained. A business enquiry does not automatically add a person to our Zoho marketing list. Some processing may take place outside Taiwan; actual arrangements depend on service settings and agreements.

We seek appropriate safeguards and oversight of service providers under applicable law. External websites have their own privacy terms.

MARKETING

Marketing and opt-out

Business enquiries and marketing subscriptions are treated separately. You may choose whether to receive updates about programmes, business advisory services and events without affecting your ability to enquire.

Marketing emails should include a practical unsubscribe option. If you object to marketing, we will stop marketing to you through that channel in accordance with applicable law.
